We are  excited to continue to provide an eclectic variety of after school enrichments for our students for a small Spring 2019 6-week session. We will continue to expand the offerings as interest and demand from our school community grows.

Registration Information:

All of the programs handle their own registration online. The Ute Meadows office does not collect any registration forms or payment for Spring 2019 After School Enrichment Classes. Please refer to each of the program provider’s registration link and website for additional information or questions.

Winter Session Details:

  • The Spring 2019 Session is 6-weeks for all classes taking place on Tuesdays and  Thursdays.
  • The Spring session will start the week of April 8th and end the week of May 13th. The classes will take place from 3:05pm-4:05pm and 3:00pm-5:00pm each week on a specified day as noted in the class descriptions
  • All prices listed for each program are for students to attend the entire Spring Session per the specified day and time. There is no drop-in option for any of the programs.
  • Parents/Guardians are responsible for picking up their student on-time or late fees may be assessed by the program provider. The school office closes promptly at 3:30pm.
  • Scholarships may be available depending on the program.

*IMPORTANT - Dismissal and Student Pick Up:

For class dismissal all instructors will walk their students to the main entrance of the school and exit the building to meet for pick up of each student. Parent/Guardians or an authorized adult must sign out a student on the class roster. We discourage allowing students to walk to the car drop off area to be picked up and prefer parents to walk to the front entrance. There should not be entry/re-entry into the school after hours for any adults or students.

If you have any concerns/issues with a provider or would like to inquire about a scholarship please contact our Parent Volunteer Enrichment Coordinator, Rebie Lash via email at
